Singing

Amelia Stubbs discovered her passion for singing at an early age and has been training in classical, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary music for over 13 years. Amelia has experience in performing at weddings, funerals, charity events and functions and always presents herself professionally, learns songs quickly and can sing with other musicians and bands with ease.

During her time at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS), Amelia studied classical voice and was heavily involved in school performances, concerts at the ABC Iwaki Auditorium and events such as the Herald Sun Aria   Awards held at Hammer Hall in Melbourne.

In 2007, Amelia graduated from VCASS and was the winner of the Robert Salzer Voice Award. Soon after, Amelia began teaching singing privately to young singers and adults, organising concerts and fund raisers for charity and also writing her own songs . One of Amelia’s biggest accomplishments was performing for the Royal Association of Honorary Justices Dinner in 2008, singing to the Governor of Victoria. Amelia has been a guest soloist at Bayside Christmas Carols in the Park, performing with Australian Idol finalist, Mark Spano.

Ameliais determined to continue performing and supporting charities, singing songs to people on their special days and making a stand in the music world.
