Estelle's VIP Style Night
Introducing Estelle Clothing
Estelle Clothing is an amazing Melbourne based plus size clothing brand that prides itself on providing 'on trend' fashion for curvy women.
What I find even more amazing than their general amazingness is their store in South Melbourne! That’s right ladies – a REAL store! #shockhorror

Even though internet shopping is becoming more and more popular, some brands have decided to ditch the one on one experience and jump to online only. Personally, this scares the bejezus out of me because although online shopping has its benefits, I love being able to go in to a shop and actually try things on. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a gas bag and get a kick out of chatting to the shop assistants but shopping in store opens up many doors (literally), allowing you to try on styles you may not have looked at before. To me, this is invaluable and I'll always love having both options available.
Estelle's VIP Style Night Recently, I was invited to attend Estelle's VIP night to help style their guests at the new store in Clarendon St, South Melbourne. #exciting!
The champaign was flowing, balloons were bouncing and the VIP's were buzzing. This was certainly a night to remember.

Racks of flowing materials, bold patterns, beautiful burgundies and soft lace details filled the room creating a wonderful wintery atmosphere - cleverly placed with complimentary pieces for inspiration.

I was very excited to meet Estelle's loyal customers and to be able to help them create their unique looks.
Using my Curvy Consulting skills on the lovely VIP's After helping the VIP's with some styling tips, I absolutely HAD to try on my own outfits! Here's what I put together:
Divine Top and Amalfi Skirt I wanted to create a sophisticated look you could wear to the office but also for after work drinks! I started with a darker fitted pencil skirt to show off some curves and then balanced it out with a feminine laced shirt.
Wild Card Top and Flocked Pant For a slightly more relaxed look, I paired some textured cropped pants with a long bold printed top. This look can be worn to the office, a party or simply just down to the shops!
